Walking Tour

Joan will show you around our organic vineyard and you will discover his everyday work and care given to the vines.

You will then walk through the botanical trail Joan and his girlfriend Marjory created from scratch few years ago.

The botanical trail is best to be visited from April to June to discover the local and Mediterranean flora.

The tour will end back to the Domaine with the visit of the cellar, the key place to understand how we make wine from the harvest to the vinification and the wine tasting commented by Joan.

Vinyard Tours

From July to August, we take part to the Vinyards Tours organised by Carcassonne Agglo Tourism Office: Program available on their website.

Booking in advance for groups –Tarif : 3€/person for the tour,
free tasting.
Don’t miss the discovery of grape varieties and local flora. Learn about organic vineyard working methods. Enjoy our panoramic view and our dry-stone walls and patrimony.
If you wish to pair your tasting with local products (cheese, charcuterie, olives…) please book for 5€/person.
